Smallest would be Cutter and an STV. They're a nice combo for bunkers. The STV can even hold some cargo, two 1/8 SCU cargo/mission boxes, and two guns. It's not as good in a dogfight as an Avenger but when I took it for a test flight, I got to stage 8/10 in Solo Pirate Swarm on the first try.
