All of these guns are made in different factorys, some not in Italy. A big sales pitch that is used in a lot of sport shops when selling Franchi's & Stoger's is "It is made by Benelli." BOB. As far as the Benelli being a faster action it's a falsity or marketing hype from Benelli. Besides the cycle time between auto loaders is so short. You'll never notice it in the real world. The Benelli will be much easier to maintain than the Beretta with out doubt. As far as reliabillity both should be close.
